Why We Built This

Twelve years ago, a rabbit hole started. Not with water — with the broader chase most people know well: cleaner skincare, better supplements, more intentional living. Every product led to another product, every fix promised to solve something the last one didn't quite finish.

Somewhere in that search, the question flipped. What's the point of a $200 serum if what's coming out of your tap is undoing half the work? What's 'clean eating' really worth if the produce is coated in something a rinse under the sink can't touch?

That question kept leading back to one place: water. Not as another wellness trend to layer on top of everything else, but as the foundation underneath all of it. The thing your body actually runs on, that almost nobody thinks to examine.

We got a water report for our own home and were genuinely floored by what came back. Then we went further — filtration, then a Kangen system — and watched something as basic as 'what I drink' quietly change how everything else felt. Energy, hydration, even how food tasted.

Hacienda Wilde exists because we got tired of watching people — ourselves included, for years — optimize everything except the one input their body depends on most. Today we bought the domain. Not because the idea is new to us; because it's finally time to build it publicly, for anyone else circling the same question we did.

This is where that story starts living out loud. Filtration first. Then further, if you want to go there. And along the way, a portion of everything we do goes toward getting clean water to people who don't have the luxury of even asking these questions yet — which is really the whole point.
